2. Terms of Service & Website Policies

Legal Framework: This website is owned and operated by ISHAQ ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES RENTAL. All rental inquiries, booking confirmations, and logistics agreements executed through this portal are bound by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the commercial regulations of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

2.1 Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • Securing Machinery Fleet: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total estimated rental quote is required to reserve specialized high-power equipment, commercial AC units, or audio-visual configurations.
  • Final Settlement: For short-term rentals, the remaining 50% balance must be settled immediately upon delivery, installation, and successful testing of the appliances on-site. Long-term corporate agreements (monthly/yearly leases) will be billed recurringly as per specific contract timelines.
  • Order Cancellation Conditions:
    • Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the deployment date: The 50% booking deposit will be converted into a flexible commercial credit note, valid for 6 months.
    • Cancellations made within 48 to 120 hours of the setup window: 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover fleet allocation, pre-delivery inspection logistics, and scheduling losses.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to setup: The total 50% deposit is completely forfeited.

2.2 Power Input Infrastructure Requirements

  • The client is strictly obligated to ensure that the deployment site features legal, grounded, and stable power sources matching the specific voltage and kilowatt requirements of the rented appliances (compliant with DEWA guidelines). If our equipment cannot be powered due to erratic onsite voltages, phase-failures, or absent power inputs, the client remains fully liable for the total rental fee.

3. Delivery, Engineering Installation & Removal Policy

  • Geographic Fleet Range: We provide secure heavy-vehicle delivery, electrical cable layouts, and professional on-site engineering commissioning across Dubai and all other Emirates.
  • On-site Testing & Handover: Our certified technicians will transport, lift, position, and connect all rented appliances. A live functional demonstration will be performed in front of the client or site supervisor to prove optimal performance before formal sign-off.
  • Venue Security Permits (Gate Pass): The client must coordinate with venue managements or municipal authorities to arrange all required vehicle and labor Gate Passes ahead of our scheduled arrival.
  • Dismantling & Collection: At the conclusion of the rental timeframe, our crew will disconnect and safely remove all appliances. Unauthorized over-run of equipment usage beyond the agreed timeline will attract automatic daily pro-rata rental overage fees.

4. Refund, Replacement & Service Rectification Policy

In strict accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, commercial electrical and power utility leasing represents a time-sensitive operational service. Consequently, standard retail return/refund frameworks do not apply.

  • Mechanical Fault Replacement Warranty: If a rented appliance experiences an internal mechanical, cooling, or electronic system error during the rental period through normal operation, the client must contact our hotline immediately. ISHAQ commits to dispatching a repair engineer within 2 to 4 hours (within Dubai). If the machine cannot be repaired on-site, a replacement unit of equal specifications will be deployed immediately at zero added charge.
  • Pro-Rata Refund Limitations: If a critical equipment breakdown cannot be resolved or replaced by our team in a timeframe that allows your event or operation to continue, a proportional refund covering the affected down-time period will be credited back via original banking channels within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Exclusion of Liability: No refunds or free replacements will be extended if an appliance failure is caused by an on-site power surge, water ingress on non-waterproof items, overloading, or unvetted handling by unauthorized personnel.

5. Maintenance, Warranty & Damage Terms

  • Operational Fleet Warranty: Throughout the active lease term, ISHAQ warrants the steady performance of all mechanical parts and circuits under normal, legal usage parameters.
  • Preventative Servicing: For long-term commercial leases (monthly or yearly), our maintenance team will perform complimentary routine check-ups, filter cleanings, and electrical component inspections at pre-scheduled intervals.
  • User Restrictions & Misuse Liabilities (Critical):
    • Tampering Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from opening structural casings, altering internal electronic boards, or rewiring the equipment power supplies.
    • Custodial Indemnity: The client holds complete financial and legal liability for the physical security of the appliances while on their property.
    • Damage Assessment: Any severe aesthetic or structural damage, fire damage due to overloaded lines, screen cracks, or complete loss of equipment due to site theft will be billed directly to the client at the current UAE market retail replacement value for a brand-new unit.
